Back to basics

30 mins run
2 sets 12 reps lat pulls
2 sets 12 reps chest press
2 sets 12 reps bicep curls
2 sets 12 reps tricep kick backs
10 min sprint speed 12.2
Exhausted for today and that is all the time i could afford at the gym, I had to start somewhere
PS: Something has to mov before anything happens lol.
