It has been nearly three weeks since I last practiced Yoga.
I have been sidetracked by one thing or the other, and a whole bunch of unoriginal excuses.
Every single cell within me is screaming for Yoga but I just can't seem to make the time.
How do I get back on the Yoga bandwagon without guilty conscious?
