Something is special about today.....Oh yes! the first Monday in Oct. Pretty fine weather too, considering it's fall. I am enjoying this day and I hope you will too.
First up 45 Minutes cardio then 20 mins weights. Let's see if I will get a new client soon, it has been too quiet for my taste.
Watches off, rings off, bling off, keys out of the pockets. Trainers on, Lets do it!
