It really isn't that bad, I just have a nudging feeling that everything is crawling at a snails pace.
This afternoon should be very interesting though, since the dentist has always been perceived as a nightmare in my household, yep! with masked face and all.
1 hour Body shaping work out should do the trick, get all those feel good enzymes buzzing all over the blood stream.
Eat healthy, and hydrate well. heard that a million times huh?
